This is not a glass sealed bottle!

This is a North West Glass Company 7 inch tall bottle sealed with a steel cap and tar. This bottle was used for a fishing net flotation float. The canvas is brittle but is still good enough for display purposes. No chips or cracks!  This would be a great addition to your float collection. These were made in the 1940's when American fishermen could not get Japanese floats during WW11.
