Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Cask Batch 3 has been matured in ex-bourbon oak casks. Bourbon barrels are constructed from Quercus Alba, or white oak, commonly known as American oak. This wood type complements the underlying character of Bimber’s accessible fruit-forward spirit, imparting sweet, rich vanilla and caramel flavours alongside perfectly balanced spice. Every cask has been specially selected and married together in their hand-made oak cask, before being bottled.
Only 5000 bottles released.

    Nose:    A lot of spices, oak, light vanilla and some tobacco.

    Taste:    Spicy, vanilla, here too the oak is wonderfully reflected.

    Finish:    Short - medium. Mild here, too, the spice remains, accompanied by the oak and light tobacco.
