The art form used in this picture was really popular in the first part of the last century.  I have several others for sale.  Sometimes real photos were used and dressed, and sometimes, like this one, large (and sometimes small) paper dolls were used.  The clothes are really well made.  The faux flowers have started to deteriorate, causing a "dust".  I do think it could be cleaned, but I leave it to the new owner.  I am selling it "as found".
