I always re-bush my radiators to bottom entry and to 1/2" inlets/outlets.

I pressure test them to 3 bar for 48 hours.

If they are painted, I may need to heat the fittings up to remove the old bushes so there may be burn marks to the existing paint.

I can't offer sandblasting or repainting .

Ideally they need sandblasting to look there best as they are stored outside and the weather will affect the paint finish

I only test them when I sell them.

I have approximately 250 original cast iron radiators . All shapes and sizes, all with legs. I will be listing more this summer.
