New Switchcraft 11A1534 DPDT Slide Switches made in the USA, rated for 3A @ 125VAC, 1.5A @ 250VAC, 0.5A @ 125VDC. Each lot consists of five switches.

Connection can be made in various ways, including through-hole soldering, pressing into an appropriate receptacle, push-on connectors or soldering lead wires directly to the terminals.
