Shipping
& Receiving Information:
Most of our products ship within 2-3
Business Days (Weekends & Holidays are not included)
The posted domestic shipping and handling
rates, as well as any “free shipping” offers, are only applicable to the
contiguous 48 United States; military addresses and other US territories are
exempt from free shipping offers unless otherwise specifically stated. Don’t
hesitate to contact us for a shipping quote if there is no shipping rate posted
for your location. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not business
days and are not included in our estimated shipping times. Please provide
us with a current contact telephone number so that we may contact you if any
issues arise in the shipping process that may require your attention.
Watch for tracking and be available for delivery. Refunds
are not given for lost or stolen packages.
If the package or product shows damage, take photos of all box angles and
refuse delivery, then contact us immediately by 24 hours after delivery. Open
all packages immediately to make sure what you received is correct and in
working order.
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, take
photos from all angles, and then contact us immediately within 24 hours after
delivery.
Double-check your address
during checkout! We cannot
change your shipping address after checkout. Please don’t email us directly
asking to change your address. This is against PayPal Fraud Prevention Rules.
You are responsible for the correct address that you provide at the time you
order. If you give us the wrong address, you will be responsible for the loss
of the item and or shipping costs.
Returns
Information:
NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE. Only items marked as returnable can be returned. The
returned product must be unused, still in the original packaging as sold &
delivered, undamaged, and in new saleable condition. A proper RGA (Returned
Goods Authorization) number is required. Contact us for the RGA, DO NOT
SEND BACK UNTIL WE PROVIDE AN RMA NUMBER. Returned products must have an
RMA to be refunded. Returns for products purchased must be received within 14
days from the date of purchase.
Please get in touch with customer
support for an (RGA) return authorization number and return instructions which
will include the correct shipping address for the return. The buyer bears all
return costs for the goods. Please make sure that you package, seal and protect
the product. You are now the shipper. Lost, stolen, or damaged products will
not be refunded. We highly suggest using a traceable option with your carrier
of choice and highly recommend insuring the package.

When contacting us, include your
order number. We are unable to assist without the original order number. Returned
Goods Numbers are required for any returns.

The return shipping will be at your expense.
The original actual cost of shipping to you will also be deducted from any
refunded amount.

Returnable items will have restocking
fees ranging between 25% - 50%.

Refused packages of non-returnable
items will receive no refund.

Food & Certain Products: Cannot
be returned in the interest of public safety.

Electrical & Power Equipment:
All sales on electrical and power equipment are final. We cannot control proper
amperage, voltage, or improper usage once in the customer’s hands.
Cancellations:
We will make every effort to cancel
your purchase prior to the package being shipped and picked or packed. We cannot
guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an
order cannot be stopped and is returnable, refer to the refusal information and
return information.
Delivery Refusal:
A refusal is only an option available for products that are
returnable. Non-returnable products will
receive no refunds! If the product is returnable, the information in the
returns section above applies. We must be informed of the refusal immediately,
no later than 24 hours after the package refusal.
Warranty:
We make no warranties, express or
implied! Manufacturers often warranty products against manufacturing defects. The
manufacturer may offer a warranty on the product you ordered so contact the
manufacturer for warranty claims.
