Quality4Less86 is a small, family run business in Southern California. The items sold in this store vary across several categories, so feel free to search the items to possibly find what you are looking for. The items are bought in bulk, ie; pallets, liquidation centers and wholesalers. The items are surplus, overstock, FBA customer returns, invalid address returns or in some cases, personal items. Items are typically Brand new or New 'open box'. The inventory changes, and we are always here to answer any questions you may have about an item, pricing, shipping and more.

Why is there a no return policy?

The items listed for sale in this eBay store are listed and sold at discounted rates compared to other merchants online, and in order to make possible these discounts and lower prices while still offering free shipping, returns are not accepted in order to save costs for the seller, and in turn, I pass the savings to the end consumer. Shipping is always free for the consumer, but shipping is not free for the seller, and in order to keep prices low, there is a no return policy as we cannot afford to lose money for shipping costs for buyers remorse, etc. However, If there is a problem with item due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work through it together in the way best suited to help the consumer.

All items conditions have been documented before and after a sale, through photo and video, to document the items condition. Once an item is sold, the label will be generated, where the item and label are both photographed, videoed to document the items condition and to show the correct item was sent to the respective buyer, this to prove the information in the listing is 100% accurate.
