New= Open Box, New Old Stock, New with Tags & OEM Packaging

Floor Model= Minimal or NO scratches/scuffs/marks/ little to NO use

Excellent= Small/Few scratches/scuffs/marks/ Very lightly used

Great= Normal/Expected scratches/scuffs/marks/ from normal use

Good= Apparent/scratches/scuffs/marks/ Moderate to average use

Fair= Extensive/scratches/scuff/marks/Dents/Substantial use

Flawed=Deep/scratches/scuff/marks/Dents/Heavy use still functions normally

If you burned out the fuse on your wheelchair, that means there is a short in the system somewhere. You need to make sure you get that taken care of before putting a new fuse in or it will suffer the same fate.
