This is a new, with tag, military issued woodland camouflage ripstop hot weather combat coat size medium extra-short. 

Each of the four pockets is closed with two hidden plastic buttons. Top two pockets have drain holes. Elbows are reinforced. Waist has two short button adjustable sizing strips. Sleeve ends have three buttons for sizing. Front is closed with several hidden buttons.
