To be perfectly clear, these are actually being sold for less than the price shown due to the $70+ lost to fees and shipping.

Offered unopened because that is the original condition and it is by far my preferred way to buy items. While new items might have issues, I tend to avoid buying opened due in part to the numerous problems and carelessness or dishonesty of many sellers.

Cosmic Legions - Outpost Zaxxius ALL-IN!

This COSMIC LEGIONS ALL-IN set will consist of the entire series being offered during this pre-order event, including 1 each of: T.U.5.C.C. PILOT, KALIAN SHUNN, OPOR-A-TIV83, SSKUR'GE, SPHEXXIAN MINE WORKER, and ALTARR CYLLOVIUS.

This 6-inch scaled, highly articulated "COSMIC LEGIONS" action figure COLLECTION will come in individual collector-friendly, 4-color window boxes, with character-specific packaging details and accessories. Final paints and certain details on the final product may vary slightly from the prototype image shown. All final accessories included may not be shown in the image.

Our COSMIC LEGIONS: OUTPOST ZAXXIUS pre-order sale will begin on Friday, March 31st 2023, at 12pm EST, and will close on Sunday, April 30th 2023 at 11pm EST. There will not be any extensions. This is a pre-order item. Please be aware that the money for this pre-order will be collected at the time of the purchase. Production times can vary, this is anticipated for a mid-2024 release. You will receive an email with tracking once it has been scanned by the carrier. Any changes to the order can only be made within 60 days of placing the order. Cancellations can be made at any time. Changes to the address can be made at any time up to the arrival of the product in the warehouse, at which point processing will begin and any further changes can not be made.  Any address changes made while the order is in transit will incur a $15 address change fee from the carrier.

IMPORTANT: Payment for this sale will be collected soon after the purchase is completed. Shipping charges cannot be combined for multiple new or pre-existing orders.

Keep in mind that I end up with less than 87% of the payment. Then shipping takes another chunk of the leftovers. EBay may offer a good buyer discount though.

Most can disregard this message. However, for less than 1% of buyers out there, make sure you don't have problems receiving mail. If you do, like a full mailbox or tendency to reject packages for example, pick the item up from the shipping company quickly. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items that come back and original shipping cost will be lost.

Also, and this is extremely rare. But if something serious happens to the item in transit and you may not feel like messaging me or following the directions of the shipping company (not ebay) in order to solve the problem, then buy from a different seller.

Finally, to reiterate, make sure you 100% want the item before clicking and your address is 100% correct. Due to bogus fees and wasted time, there are no refunds/cancelations unless the order has not shipped and you agree to losing at least 5% of the total payment.
