(A 40ft High Cube container weighs 8,775 lbs. The 40ft Standard container weighs 8,000 lbs. Both the 40ft High Cube container and 40ft Standard container have a Maximum Gross Weight (weight of container and the cargo inside) of 67,200 lbs. So, the quick attach wheels on an end will be supporting about 4,378 Lbs).
(A 20ft container weighs 3,970-4,850 lbs).

These container wheel lug kits are your fastest and easiest solution by quickly installing an Idler Hub Spindle into the bottom corner of a shipping container. Just insert the Lug head into bottom corner castings of the container. These units are secured tightly and unable to rotate or become disconnected while in use yet can be disassembled quickly.
All units are assembled in confidence by our ASME Certified Welders. Following approved weld procedures. These units fallow all DOT Guide lines in their design for engineering. Units are designed so when the weight of the container is on the lug. The lug in the keyway is unable to rotate due to flat surfaces making contact.
All assemblies are designed with vertical, and diagonal supports to the lug and the spindle. (Imitator’s Secure their design loosely in the ISO sipping container lugs using hardware bolts and straps not designed for the intended purpose.
