Your system will have the SMEG+ operating system.
To check your firmware version:
Hold in the "Configuration" button (for Citroen) or "SRC" button (for Peugeot) under, or to the left of, the touchscreen for about 5 seconds until the System Information menu appears.
Select "System Version".
If you don't have a "Config" or "SRC" button do the same with the "Menu" button.
The firmware version will start with SMEG 5xx (for 7" Touchscreen) or SMEG 6xx (for 7" Touchscreen with Mirror Screen).
If your existing Firmware version is under the versions below you will be able to update to the latest relevant version.
Latest versions available are
SMEG+ 5.43.A.R2 (if your existing firmware is version 5 and is below 5.43)
SMEG+ 6.4.A.R10 (if your existing firmware is version 6 and is below 6.4)
If your existing Firmware version is below the above versions you will be able to update to the latest relevant version.
