We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
• We will issue a refund of the purchase price of item(s), not including any shipping service. Costs of exchanging the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
