If the delivery is delayed, we give you the option to cancel your order and receive full refund for the item if you prefer.
We cannot ship to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. This is because our carriers do not allow shipping certain products (e.g. liquids, sprays and batteries) to these locations. In case we receive an order from the above areas, we will still attempt to deliver but cannot guarantee our usual delivery time.
We cannot combine shipping, and there is no local pickup. Additionally, our carriers do not provide shipping to certain postcodes. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your postcode is included in our shipping policy.

MSPA 90 AND 120 PLEATS FILTER CARTRIDGES
Filter cartridge are suitable for all mspa hot tubs. Filter cartridges keep the water in your hot tub spa clear. It need to be regularly rinsing for better longevity. If it remains dirty after rinsing it need to be replaced. keeping it dirty sometimes causes heating issues and errors in control unit as well.
Please note 120 pleats doesn't fit to Lite and Comfort series models.
MSPA Filter Cartridges are available in 90 Pleats and 120 Pleats. 90 Pleats Filter comes with blue mesh cover to protect it from derbies and it requires additional base (not included in pack) to fit on inlet. While 120 Pleats Filter does not require any additional base and it can be attached directly on inlet. Also it does not come with blue mesh cover. Please note 120 pleats doesn't fit to Lite and Comfort series models.
MSPA filters are very easy to install and suitable for all Mspa hot tubs. Mspa Filter Cartridges are designed that way to keep your spa water clean all time when you are using your spa.
