Shipping is via Australia Post and in some cases we use couriers.

POSTAGE

All orders shipped within one business day.
Products ordered before 11.59pm AEST will be sent next business day.
Please be advised we are not able to post on Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays.

Postal charges are calculated on your location. All items are brand new, factory sealed.

We gladly combine postage costs on multiple items. If you wish to purchase multiple items please do so and wait for our invoice prior to payment so we can manually adjust costs prior to checkout. If you would like a quote on combined postage please contact us.

International buyers are welcome. However, please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods sold by OZ Pop Culture are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment.

If the product you receive is not as described or damaged in-transit, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or replacement.
If this is the case please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging
(Items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition and without missing parts/tags.

In some cases, OZ Pop Culture will require photo evidence of the damaged goods and the parcel it was sent in. If you are unable to provide photo evidence when requested, we will not be able to accept your return.

Since OZ Pop Culture deals with popular collectibles, some products may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and a refund will be given instead.

Refunds will be in the same form the payment was made. Goods will only be refunded after we receive the returned item.

Please be advised; Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on customers records.

Refunds will not be accepted for a change of mind.
