Can be used to strip a variety of different herbs. It works especially well on woody herbs, such as rosemary.

There are four different size stripping holes and a convenient dish attached to catch the removed herb leaves in.

Easy to use. Simply placed your washed herb in one of the stripping holes and pull the herb through. The leaves are removed from the stalk. Easy to wash.
