A motivational smooth ceramic plaque that says, "IMPROVISE," new and never used, by Hallmark.  I bought two of these years ago, as I am an improv actor in case one broke!  One is hanging, this one has been in storage.  It says that it comes with an easel, but they never came with an easel.  Has metal piece on back for hanging flat on wall.  No cracks or chips.
