Very nice three (3) piece retro vintage skirt outfit - Tracy Petites - consists of cardigan, skirt and shell.  Made of some sort of knit and is stretchy - wash tag is on cardigan.  Union made in USA!  Colors are black and dark beige/tan striped - fabric has some sheen.  Photographs may show white and black but it is tan and black.  The cardigan is closed with 2 black buttons that hook together.  Stripes are approximately 1/2" in width.  All three pieces are of the same set - owned by my 80+ year old neighbor - appears to be size 5 and approximate measurements are as follows:
