Really - EXCELLENT!!  Kept in a cover / stand since the minute I owned it.  EVERYTHING is pristine - clean, no scratches, glass is perfect - no cracks or damage at all.  If you look VERY hard, you will see one corner has a very tiny nick.  Otherwisae, you are fine.  For owning it 12 years, I would say it's good to go.  The cord for recharging battery still works good, but I have wrapped one end to make sure it does not cause me any troubles.  You could buy a new cord if needed. But it is fine.
