So I believe this is made of synthetic leather there was no tag inside of it doesn't feel like actual leather but it does feel pretty darn close there are no rips or tears or anything like that there's definitely normal wear , like wrinkles and whatnot but no tears no scuffs or anything like that the back is slightly adjustable it's got a little bit of stretch to it in the back side of it the inside tag that I found is a size large or L . I wear a size 7 hat it fits me fairly snug and it'll fit probably a little bit larger with the stretch portion on the back side of it the velcro works fine the way that it's supposed to the patch has been sewn on , in my opinion very well it's not coming off or anything like that it's on very well please look closely at the pictures what you see is what you get here if you have any questions at all please ask I will try my best to help thank you
