The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever. 

The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very slight ring wear, there are very minor dings to the corners and the edges have some light wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
