This is a PASS HIFI buffer preamplifier with boot buffer function. Refer to the PASS X1-B circuit design, with 4 Way audio input.

 

Base on PASS X1-B circuit, no capacitance input, more pure sound, power integration, delay relay. With 4 Way Input source switching.

 

It adopts HIFI homopolar pairing 2SK170 (produced by Malaysia, no Toshiba tube), IRFP240+IRFP9240 as output amplification, and LED voltage constant current correction. Make the sound very captivating.

 

This buffered preamplifier is only suitable for use with PASS power amplifiers, and the maximum output power cannot exceed 30W. Because this preamplifier uses an LED voltage regulator circuit setting, the details of the air sound it produces are very prominent. However, due to its LED voltage regulator circuit design, its dynamic performance appears to be too high in the mid range of volume muting.
