This is an all veneer D-18 style YD-105 from the Japan Vintage series, made in Japan.
This guitar is a rare dream collaboration between S Yairi and Headway.
The logo on the head is SYairi, but it was made at the Headway factory in Nagano, Japan.
The serial number also starts with "SYH", so it looks like a collaboration guitar.
First of all, there are some paint and wood stains on the corner of the top as shown in the picture.
There is a hairline along the end strap pin hole on the butt end.
Other than the above, there are only minor scratches and scuffs.
The top is made of Sitka spruce.
