As someone who have been collecting Hong Kong 20c series for over 40 years. I know how difficult is the 1904 20c to find. I would like to highlight that this coin is not submit to NGC grading by me. I bought it in auction as I honest believe NGC grading on this occasion is not the right approach to to value this coin.

To start with in no way this coin is VF. I have come across coin in worse condition than this one grade at XF. Sure this coin look to be cleaned however it's still a very good looking coin. The fact it's of one of the rarest year of the Hong Kong 20c series. It deserved much better. I hope someone out there appreciate what I am trying to say. Thanks

PS I sold one grade at MS61 five years ago for £1500. This one is not that much worse.
