Our Warranty
We offer a
30-Day,90-Day, Six (6) Month and a One (1) Year Warranty on MOST of our
equipment and is covered under Griffin Resources LLC. This warranty covers your
equipment functionality. It does not cover drops, accidents, liquid damage, or
any other mishandling of the device, changing software, etc. This warranty is
immediately voided if it is sent outside of the US. Your warranty will also be voided if you have
attempted any type of physical modification to the device.
Should you need our
warranty service, contact us directly or through eBay messages. We
will replace it with the same unit or an upgraded unit if yours is discontinued
or unavailable.
Return Policy
Returns are
Hassle-Free! Please contact us through eBay Messages to let us know that
you would like to return the item and we will give you an RMA number to be
included with your return. After receiving your authorization, you
can request a return label through eBay. Please note - your item must be
returned in original condition, all accessories returned, and sent back in the
original box if applicable.
Once the item is
received and verified, a refund will be issued through eBay payments to your
original payment method.

processed, your tracking number(s) will be recorded and can easily be found in

Shipping time is not
guaranteed. Please understand that your item could be delayed due to the
carrier. If you find that there is a problem with the delivery,
please message us. If your item is declared LOST by the carrier, we can talk
about a replacement or refund. Please be patient.

APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Virgin Islands, and
