Payment: I only accept PayPal.
Payment must be received by four days after the close of the auction.
Sometimes, due to my shop settings, a case will be automatically opened after
two days of non-payment. If no payment or communication is received, the item
will be relisted, the buyer will be reported to eBay, and blocked from all future
purchases from my store. If you need an extension, please communicate with me
before the timeframe expires.
Shipping: Please verify your
address during checkout. I will not change any addresses after payment is
received, regardless of circumstance. I am not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses, including P.O boxes. Your item will be shipped in
either a security bubble wrapped envelope, or in a box with plenty of cushion,
dependent upon your item purchased. Your item will be checked and packed
in good condition per the auction details. Handling time is typically 24 hours or
less, but on occasion could be up 2 business days if purchased after 5 p.m. on
Thursdays-Weekends. I do offer shipping discounts for multiple items and
combined purchases! I make no profit from the cost of shipping. Shipping cost
is reflective of the item’s weight and method of shipping. So long as your item
will fit in a post box, the carrier will be Royal Mail. For anything larger, it
will be via Royal Mail/Hermes Collection Service.

Shipping:
If you wish to use combined shipping for multiple items, please do not pay for
your items until all of the auctions you’ve placed a bid on have ended. Once
all the auctions have closed, simply send me a request for total [available in
your shopping cart]. I will update the shipping information and send you
an invoice for your items. If you want to purchase multiple ‘Buy It Now’ items,
add all the desired items to your cart, and go to the Cart page. Select the
option ‘Request Invoice from Buyer,’ and I will send you an amended invoice
with combined shipping.
Potential
Buyers:
If you wish to leave me a message after the auction has closed, please ask me a
question. Please do not leave me a note; I do not receive notifications for
notes, only questions. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Also, please
be aware that the colour of an item may differ slightly due to computer screen
resolutions. Remember, communication is incredibly welcomed!
Pre-owned
Items:
Some of my listings are for pre-owned items. Please check out all the pictures
provided, and feel free to ask any questions you have before bidding. Include
the photos as part of each item’s description. I do my absolute best to ensure
that the description contains all the facts, and flaws, if any. Everything you
receive will be cleaned before it is shipped, some items may need to be cleaned
by the buyer before use, such as clothing and jewellery. No refunds will be
given for your failure to look at all the images and descriptions provided. All
items come from a smoke and pet free home.
Clothing: If an item has been
worn, it will have been washed before shipment to you. With that being said, it
is still highly recommended that you wash the item before you use it, to
alleviate any chance of allergic reaction. If any defect is on the article, it
will be stated in the description. Clothing items are sold as is. Be aware that
clothing sizes vary, and all size descriptions will be that of the
manufacturer’s. The seller is not responsible for any article of clothing that
does not fit the buyer. Clothing items are never returnable/refundable.
Returns: Returns are generally
accepted, except where otherwise noted. Clothing items are never
returnable/refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition they were
received. Buyer is responsible for return postage, and the cost of return
postage will not be reimbursed to buyer. If buyer paid for shipping at the
close of their auction, the cost of shipping will not be refunded, as the item
has already been shipped to the buyer. Please communicate any desire to return
items before any other action, including leaving feedback and opening a case.
If a return takes place, it is highly recommended that you use package tracking
to guarantee return. I request you share the tracking info with me, so that I
may also track the item along its journey. If no item is received after a
return is requested, no refund will be given.
Feedback: Please do not forget
to leave feedback! The most important part of our transaction is feedback. This
is how sellers grow their business, and buyers grow their reputation. If for
any reason you are not satisfied with our transaction, please communicate with
me before leaving feedback. We can work together to fix anything. I maintain
high excellence and superb customer satisfaction. Negative or neutral feedback
cannot resolve problems, only communication can. It is my aim for you to be pleased
with every aspect of our transaction. You will receive reminder messages to
leave feedback, one per week for three weeks after the date of recorded
delivery.
