Unsure of year

Material on face is VERY fragile, it is just falling off as it was a thin silky material used and is disintegrating.

The one ear is also coming apart, gives the kitty a roughened look from all the cat fights in the alley ;)

Unsure of what it is filled with, it is hard material so I am guessing sawdust
