Have you walked away from your Golf or Jetta mk2 to then turn around to notice that you left your lights on due to not having any warning. Well with this relay 292 wired in once you open your door with the lights on relay 292 will buzz.

See the photos showing where the wiring needs to go on your CE2 fusebox, the wires will be de pinned from the fusebox plugs.
If you want to wire this into a Golf mk1 or early CE1 Golf/Jetta mk2,
black/yellow wire is "key on +12V"
Brown/red wire goes to the door pin earth switch which goes to the interior light which is the same colour.
The other two wires goes to the front and rear lights, you could easily just use one of these wires.
