Instructions

This gel pack eye mask can be used as a standard sleep or travel mask

or as hot/cold relief

For warm relief:

Heat in the a bowl of hot water for 15 second intervals. Feel Mask to check

desired warmth is achieved. Do not overheat

For Cold relief:

Place in a clean, sealed bag and leave in freezer for 1-2 hours

To Clean:

Hand wash with mild soap and water

Caution:

Always remove elastic band before heating

Always test the temperature before applying mask.

Eyes are very sensitive and excessive heat/cold can be harmful

Close eyes before applying

Do not place heavy objects on top of the eye mask

Discard gel pack if punctured

Do not use on infants
