This listing is for 3 vintage pieces from the 1960's - 2 little Erzgebirge Germany birds (probably West Germany, but unmarked), and 1 little Taiwan woven basket with original glassine Easter grass.  I put the little pieces together because they look so cute together, and because I have some baskets.  This allows the birds to do double duty - as Easter ornaments, and as Christmas ornaments.  The birds are about 2.5" long.  The little basket is 4.5" tall from the bottom to the top of the handle, and 1 3/4" from the top of the basket to the bottom.  The basket is about 4" long.  Glassine is a type of waxed paper that was popular in the first half of the last century, before cellophane came into use.

The little birds are hand painted, and have darkened metal clips.  The birds and basket are together, but nothing is attached, so it can all be used separately.  The little pieces display really well.

The birds are fragile - there are bends to the tails.
