Please check the billing and delivery address. In particular, you should enter the billing address correctly. If you wish to change the address material, please contact us immediately after purchase. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to change the billing address after the invoice has been sent. You will receive the invoice as a PDF by e-mail on the day of dispatch. Unfortunately, we can no longer generate a paper invoice.

On the day of dispatch, you will automatically receive the tracking number and a full tracking link by email.

We ship exclusively with DHL and DPD. The shipping costs are displayed individually for each country. The shipping costs include the following costs:

• 2-wall carton
• filling material (air cushion)
• Tape for closing the box
• Creation of the prepaid shipping label
• Postage free to the recipient

If several items are purchased, you only need to pay shipping costs once. If the items are not automatically summarized during the purchase process, please wait before completing the purchase process until we combine the items manually.

In principle, it is possible to send the items with EXPRESS. Please call to inquire about the costs. With EXPRESS shipping it is possible to get the items delivered the next day.

1. The guarantee period is 24 months for consumers and 12 months for entrepreneurs and begins when the goods are handed over, which must be documented by an invoice or other documents.

3. The guarantee relates to manufacturing and material defects in the delivered goods. The guarantee does not extend to any consequential damages. Warranty claims cannot be considered for damage caused by improper handling, changes made to the goods yourself, non-observance of operating or care instructions, force majeure or environmental influences, as well as natural signs of wear and tear.

4. The guarantee is granted for all customers in Germany and customers within the European Union.

5. In the event of a warranty claim, we ask that you send the product with the usual warranty documents and a copy of the invoice to the following address:

 When sending the product to our address, it must be ensured that the goods are well packaged, with the complete sender and - if possible - with a short description of the fault.

6. The guarantee services are carried out without any calculation; they cause neither an extension nor a new beginning of the warranty period. Replaced parts become our property. The product will be sent back to you free of charge within 14 days.

Please do not send any packages back to us freight collect. Since June 13, 2014, the uniform right of withdrawal applies throughout Europe. You must therefore pay for the return shipping. After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as you paid for.
