PMU Balloons Pre-Inflated with Stick. All Balloons come Pre-Inflated on a Stick with their own Free Standing Balloon Holder Base including a Peel- N- Stick Adhesive. (Peel- N- Stick Adhesives are intended for one-time use only). Note: Balloons come Pre-Inflated with Air and will not float. Due to the characteristics of pre-inflated Mylar balloons. CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
