Proudly invoking the past is D50, a new Scuderia Ferrari collection whose name pays tribute to the single-seater that brought the Driver's World Championship to Maranello in 1956. The line's 1950's stop-watch inspiration shows in the easy-to-read minute track dial with sharply contrasting double-digit Arabic numerals. A red "rev counter" track segment at 05 to 15 contributes to the classic racing feel of the design, while a silver-toned Racing Shield logo and Scuderia Ferrari script logo add a subtle, signature touch of sophistication. The 3-hand dials feature a classic day/date display. The distinctively thin D-50 44 mm case features fluidly elongated lugs and a glare-reducing domed crystal, popular in wristwatches from that era. The 3-row stainless steel bracelets have a brushed/polished finish. The D-50 collection is powered by precise 3-hand and chronograph quartz engines.
