The record is VG ~ The vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple light markings to each side which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever and one large marking which will most likely result in there being some audible surface noise upon playback.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has light ring wear, there is slight discoloration due to age and exposure to light, there is a name and location written in marker on the backside, the corners are slightly dinged and the edges have light wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
