Marvelous, unique, hand drawn watercolor, pen & ink postcard; a surreal fantasy depicting a (caption at bottom front) "Homme de la Cour (XVIIe Siecle) / 17th Century Man of the Court"; anthropomorphic man with the head of a bird, rooster, chicken. The card, made with a watercolor surface, was manufactured with a blank front for artists for this very purpose. Unique, one-of-a-kind folk art, outsider art, art populaire, art brut. Scan says it best!!
3.5 x 5.5" hand made, hand drawn postcard in very good condition: slightest soiling front and back; undivided postcard back. Scans are true ~ wysiwyg!
