The geographical scope of the guarantee protection is (European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland).

The following guarantee conditions apply:

1. HONOR/HUAWEI warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the applicable Product's instruction manual for the Warranty Period (defined below).

2. The warranty lasts from the date of purchase of the product from the original retailer (“Warranty Period”): twenty-four (24) months for the product, six (6) months for the charger and battery, and three (3) months for the headphones.

3. Consumer laws in some countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the type of items covered by a warranty, so the limitations set out in Section 2 above with respect to such limitations that are inconsistent with such laws may not apply to you.

4. During the Warranty Period, HONOR/HUAWEI or an authorized service center, at HONOR/HUAWEI's sole discretion, will repair or replace the Product or related parts if the Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

5. The repaired product/part or the product/part provided as a replacement for the defective product/part will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The repair or replacement of a product/part may involve the use of functionally comparable remanufactured units.

6. The purchaser of the product shall not be responsible for any cost (parts, labor or otherwise) of repairing or replacing a defective product during the warranty period. Any replaced defective product, part, circuit board or equipment becomes the property of HONOR/HUAWEI.

7. The repaired or replaced product/part is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period of the repaired product or its replacement or for three (3) months from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

8. Upon request, the Customer may be asked to provide proof of purchase or any other supporting document or information related to the date and place of purchase required by applicable law. If this information is not provided or is incomplete or intentionally made illegible, HONOR/HUAWEI reserves the right to refuse warranty service.

9. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
a. Normal wear and tear of the device and accessories or other defects that can be attributed to normal aging.
b. Defects and damage resulting from use of the product other than for its intended purpose.
c. Performing disassembly, repair or modification not performed by HONOR/HUAWEI or an authorized service center.
i.e. Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, regardless of the cause.
e. Defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any changes and modifications to the product.
f. Defects or damage caused by food or liquid spills, corrosion, rust, or use of the wrong voltage.
G. Scratches and damage to the plastic surfaces and Allen other external exposed parts resulting from the customer's normal use.
H. Use outside of the intended use described in the product's user manual.

10. No warranty is provided: a) if the serial number or warranty seal on the product has been defaced, damaged or removed; or b) without proof of purchase.

11. This warranty only applies to the product as originally supplied. It does not apply to software or other equipment owned by HONOR/HUAWEI or third parties. You should consult the end user license agreement, separate warranty/warranty statements and/or any disclaimers accompanying or applicable to such items.

your responsibilities
Before sending your product to HONOR/HUAWEI or an authorized service center for warranty service under this warranty, you should back up the contents of your product and erase all personal information and disable all security passwords.

HONOR/HUAWEI Limitation of Liability

1. Except for the express warranties set forth above, HONOR/HUAWEI makes no other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to its products, their fitness for any purpose, or otherwise. Consumer laws in some countries do not allow limitations on how much a product warranty lasts, so certain limitations described in this warranty statement may not apply to you.

2. HONOR/HUAWEI shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss of any program, data, SIM card or removable disk if you do not back up your data before sending your product to HUAWEI or an authorized service center under this warranty.

3. To the extent permitted by local law, HONOR/HUAWEI shall not be liable for any loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of HONOR/HUAWEI breaching this Warranty Statement. As a customer, use of the devices should be non-commercial. HONOR/HUAWEI shall not be liable for any loss of profits or revenue, anticipated savings, orders or time savings resulting from your use or inability to use the device.

4. IN NO EVENT SHALL HONOR/HUAWEI AND ITS SUPPLIERS' LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE PRESENT REPLACEMENT VALUE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

5. Nothing in this Warranty limits or excludes HONOR/HUAWEI's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

6. If you encounter any problems, contact the HONOR/HUAWEI hotline in your country or consult the services listed on your local HONOR/HUAWEI website.

7. This Warranty Statement may be updated by HONOR/HUAWEI at any time. Please visit your local HONOR/HUAWEI website for the latest version of the warranty statement.
This warranty is provided locally by the relevant Huawei affiliates listed on the HONOR/HUAWEI website.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

Information on the battery regulation

Batteries may not be disposed of with household rubbish.
As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries.
You can return batteries after use at the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity
(e.g. in municipal collection points or in retail) free of charge.
You can also return batteries to us by mail.

Batteries or accumulators that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can,
like the symbol below.

The chemical name of the pollutant is located near the garbage can symbol.
"CD" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for = lead and "Hg" for mercury.
