All
parts were tested and we offer a 14 day warranty on all our parts. We
can not accept parts for return if they were incorrectly purchased.
Please bare in mind, that it's always your responsibility to check the
part's compatibility with your vehicle. If you are unsure, please ask
prior to buying, and one of our experts will be more than happy to help
you. We won’t take any responsibility for the incompatibility of parts
unless we have explicitly said it will fit. We do not cover return
postage for this very reason.
Please make sure all
parts are inspected before signing to ensure the item has not been
damaged in transit. If the courier refuses, simply write damaged and DO
NOT sign. Once an item has been signed for, we cannot process any claim
with the courier company. If the item is damaged on inspection do not
sign for it and contact us immediately.
If you find
any of the items faulty, please return them to us for exchange, or if
replacement is not available, for refund. Refund will be issued once the
item has been received and verified as faulty. You must notify us of
the issue within 7 working days of delivery.
We’re
always using tamper proof stickers or similar devices to avoid
fraudulent activity. If any of these devices are damaged, it's against
the return rules, therefore the claim won't be accepted.
If you find, any of the received items not as described, please contact us and we will be able to solve the problem.
For
non U.K. mainland addresses including off shore islands, remote areas
such as Scottish highland, Ireland, British Islands or overseas please
contact us prior buying for a quote.
All postage and packaging fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
