Mikasa Crown Jewel Gold Coffee/ Tea Pot, Lidded Sugar Bowl, and Creamer and a Harrow Bowl & Plate VERY RARE COFFEE POT/ TEAPOT
For sale, is this stunning Mikasa Crown Jewel coffee/teapot, lidded sugar bowl, & creamer. And Mikasa Harrow plate & bowl. They are bone china. They are white with a gold encrusted band. Both patterns are very, very similar. Please see last photo.
The coffee/teapot holds 4 cups. It is the Crown Jewel pattern. The bottom is marked Mikasa Bone China AK019 Crown Jewel Indonesia. It is 10 inches wide including the handle and spout. It is 8.5 inches tall with the lid. The teapot made in Indonesia, alone, is currently a for sale on Replacements.com for $439.95
The creamer is the Crown Jewel pattern. The bottom is marked Mikasa Bone China AK019 Crown Jewel Indonesia. It measures 5 inches wide with the handle and spout and is 3.5 inches tall.
The lidded sugar bowl is the Crown Jewel pattern. The bottom is marked Mikasa Bone China Crown Jewel AK001 JAPAN-E. It measures 5.5 inches wide and 4.25 inches tall with the lid.
All three pieces are in NEAR MINT/ EXCELLENT CONDITION. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. The gold banding is an excellent condition with no wear on the pot, sugar or creamer. The only condition issue is on the inside of the teapot where the coffee/tea has left a stain by the bottom pour hole. Please see photo.
The bowl and plate are the Harrow pattern. The bottoms are marked Bone China mikasa NARUMI JAPAN HARROW 129.
The bowl measures 4.75 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall. The plate measures 6.75 inches in diameter.
The bowl and plate are also in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The bowl and plate have two very tiny wear specs, on the rims. They are so small that I could barely get them to show up in a picture. See photos.
This set is absolutely exquisite!!! Whether you use it, or it just sits on display, it's simply gorgeous!!!
