We send tracking numbers out to your e-mail that you provide. If you are wondering where your part is, track it first. We add tracking numbers to all listing in ebay. We pack everything well. If a part is damaged, we submit the claim to the shipper.
Regarding returns: Unless the item is grossly misrepresented (this has not happen before) there are no refunds. In the event of a return, the freight will not be refunded.
