Precautions:
1. When installing the print head, you must follow the instructions to remove the air hole seal, but do not remove other seals at will, otherwise the ink will leak;
2. Every time a new print head is installed, it is generally necessary to clean the print head 3-5 times (please wash the print head at least once);
3. When any one of the nozzles has no ink or is not installed, even if there is ink in other nozzles, the printer cannot work;
4. Once the new nozzle is dropped, it is best not to remove it before replacing the nozzle;
5. Unless you want to replace the print head, do not open the print head protection clip (orange part), otherwise the print head may no longer be used; do not touch the position of the print head chip.
6. Do not put your hand into the printer or touch the nozzle when the printer is working; first check whether the ink of a certain color in the ink cartridge has been used up.
7. If the original print head is broken, especially the ink leakage, it may be that the motherboard is burnt out. Please eliminate the motherboard problem before replacing the print head. In addition, the F1 and F2 fuze lines of the main board can only be replaced with original fuzes of the same current value and model.
If you replace the fuze with a larger current value and a different model, the print head and motherboard may be damaged.
8. The nozzle needs to be paid more attention. Blind replacement of the nozzle by non-professionals can easily cause man-made damage. It is stipulated that the nozzle is not guaranteed, and it is very delicate. Please do not debug it on the machine, please treat it with caution.
9. If you are unfamiliar with the machine, it is recommended that you send the print head to a repair station or find a professional to replace the print head, so as to avoid unnecessary losses and unnecessary troubles.
10. Please turn off the printer power when printing, otherwise it will cause the motherboard chip to burn. After loading the print head, please do not install the ribbon over the 10 sheets of A4 document, let the new needles have a running-in process, and then put the ribbon on.
