DESCRIPTION

This city has some age and I would think it came from Austria as a souvenir.  The heart fell off and I glued it back on.  It is crudely made but it is hand made and hand painted.  the cats face is straight out of Tom and Jerry!  Usage could be a letter rack or a packet of paper serviettes.  Its Kitch and cute.
