Please note there are three postage options for customers in the UK.
Second class post (free). Usually takes approximately two working days.
First class recorded £2.50 is ninety per cent received the next working day.
Special delivery £6.50 guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.
Please choose your option at the checkout. We combine postage for more than one item.
We do not post on Bank Holidays or weekends.

International Shipping

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £9.00. Items are shipped by Royal Mail Worldwide Signed for service.
International delivery service does not offer a guaranteed delivery time but as a guide we expect deliveries to Europe to be 
around 10 days and the rest of the world 2-3 weeks.
Some PO addresses are not accepted for International Shipping.
We do not post on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Currently we only accept payment by Paypal ,Bankers Draft or Postal Order.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your item.
( unfortunately this excludes earrings due to hygiene regulations. )
Buyers must notify us via eBay email within seven days of receipt .
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage will be at the buyers expense.
The original item purchase price will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
