Shipping Timeframe From Warehouse

This item ships from Los Angeles, California and uses freight shipping. 
Freight shipping timeframes can widely vary based on factors like total distance, population density near the delivery address, weather conditions, carrier availability, and more. The timeframes shown below are estimates only.

WEST COAST STATES
• 1-5 business days

MIDWEST STATES
• 3-8 business days

Freight Shipping: Shipping Large Items

For an order to qualify for freight shipping, items must be more than 150 pounds which means the item you order requires shipping via a semi-truck. As you likely know, semi-trucks are quite large which sometimes restricts where they can (or are willing) to deliver. If your delivery address is in a particularly rural area, has a rather long driveway, or if there may be other factors that may make the delivery process challenging, please let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm your order can be delivered to the address you provided.

NOTE: a signature is required for the delivery of all items shipping via freight. If you have not already, please provide us with the best phone number so the delivery company can coordinate delivery with you.

DISCLAIMER: SHIPPING, DAMAGES, AND RETURNS

- NOTE: Items that arrive damaged and were fulfilled via freight shipping will be provided compensation via replacement parts/pieces at no cost to you, or refund/partial refund. Items shipped using freight will only be provided a completely new unit if it’s determined damages exceed the savable value of the unit, otherwise, we will be providing replacement parts for the damaged pieces.

- Damages: in the event your item arrives damaged, you should refuse the delivery. It is required to inform the delivery driver and submit documentation of the damages directly to the delivery driver. We also recommend requesting a copy of the documents submitted and taking photos of the documents using your phone.

Returns

- Returns (damaged items): if the item arrived damaged and you refused the delivery, you will not be charged for shipping or a replacement. However, if you no longer want the item and simply choose to return your order, you will be responsible to cover cost related to shipping both ways, subject to restocking fees at 20%, and transaction fees at 3%. Items that arrive damaged or if delivery is refused due to damages, we will submit a claim on your behalf and prepare for a replacement unit to be shipped to the same delivery address.

- Returns (reasons other than item damaged): We accept returns. You have 30-days from the date the item is delivered to schedule the item to be returned. Please contact us for return instructions. When the item has been returned to our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item and then provide your partial refund which deducts the cost of shipping both ways (even if shipping was free at checkout) and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. When returning the item, it’s required to use the original packaging, and items returned damaged due to poor packaging are subject to return damage compensation of up to 50% of the item’s retail value.

- If it’s determined your item has already shipped but you want to cancel/return the item, you are still responsible to cover costs related to shipping, reconsignment, and 20% restocking fee.

- Failure to deliver: The shipping company will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. In cases where shipping companies have applied fees for missed delivery or if after the maximum number of attempted deliveries, the shipping company still is unable to communicate with you to deliver the shipment, the item will be shipped back to its original location and you will be subject to cover the cost associated to the shipping both ways, missed delivery, and transactions fees, and other costs associated to the failed delivery. Please note shipping is provided via a third-party logistic company and your delivery may be subject to their delivery terms and/or terms of service; this includes but is not limited to things such as delivery timeframes, delivery availability, delivery ability, missed delivery fees, storage fees associated to missed delivery, or unwillingness to be present for delivery.

- Compliance: It is the customers’ responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require. Often this is referred to as UPC (uniform plumbing code). If the item you order does not comply and you’d chose to return it, you will be subject to terms labeled 'Returns (reasons other than item damaged)
