This is a 

Edelbrock UR-1 Small Block Tunnel Ram Top 
for Dominator Carburetors 

It is in excellent condition, it was never used or installed.
This is the rare UR-1 top which has the factory bosses for mounting 
the linkage. It is factory drilled for Dominator carburetors only, notice 
the last picture which shows the mounting pads are slightly angled.
