S P Cactus is a fast-growing columnar cactus native to the Andes Mountains at 6,600-9,800 ft in altitude. It has been used for healing and religious divination in the Andes Mountains region for over 3,000 years.

Propagation:  These Cactus can be propagated from seeds or clone cuttings or pups.  This
cactus column can be also laid on its side on the ground (like a log), and eventually roots will sprout from it and grow into the ground. After time, sprouts will form and cactus columns will grow upward out of it along its length.

How to grow S P. Cactus from pups, cuttings or bare  root

1.   cuttings & pups must be calloused over before planting, meaning the cut end of the pad is dry and has sealed itself over in order to protect itself.   cuttings usually takes 14 days to be calloused so you should wait 14 days or so before planting

2.     Open up your box immediately upon your cactus
arrival. pup/cutting/bareroot  

3.     Use cactus mix soil or well draining soil, before planting moisten the soil then plant your pups or cutting 2 inches into the soil

4.     Place it in a warm, airy location under indirect sunlight, filtered sunlight or shaded area after planting.  Water it 5-10 days after planting depending on condition or soil.  The soil should be completely dry before watering .  Pups & cuttings usually will develop roots anywhere from 4-6 weeks.   Never place your newly planted cactus under direct sun.

5.     Once the root system is established, the plant will start to show new growth.  Once established cactus do best under bright direct sunlight.
