These items are 3D printed and work by building up very thin layers of plastic. That produces layer lines that will be visible as you can see from the photos and are likely to have some minor blemishes due to the production process. Being printed on their side does give them a rougher finish than the originals but we have found this rough texture actually stops them from working loose like the originals do, and produces a nice strong item.
Every care will be taken to provide the best quality and strength, and all items are tested on a Buggy board before being approved. See our picture of the item installed on a Maxi+ board.
