*How to use
1. pre-soak the sticky rice at least 4 hours
2. then cook in the conical-shaped basket placed over boiling water.
3. cover with any pot lid until cooked through in order to keep most of the steam from escapin
4. the rice should steam for approximately 15-20 minutes or until it turns translucent.
