The Yenidze Tobacco and Cigarette Factory (German: Orientalische Tabak- und Zigarettenfabrik Yenidze) was a tobacco company started by the Jewish entrepreneur Hugo Zietz, which imported tobacco from Ottoman Yenidze, Thrace (modern Genisea, Greece). The "Oriental" style of architecture recalled the exotic origins of the Oriental tobaccos it processed and functioned as advertising for the firm

These are original 1928 Cigarette Cards produced by the German Company Orientalische Tabak- und Zigarettenfabrik Yenidze on original backing paper with descriptions (German Language) not to be confused with the modern reprinted versions widely available. Great overall condition, some yellowing of the paper, and age spots, You will receive the item pictured, so the pictures are integral to the condition report and listing. This and the others come from a large private library and have been in the same family for a number of decades.
