DAS Color Storm Marble
 Bright Aventurine Guinea
MINT
Run Date: 6/6/19

This DAS Color Storm marble run was done under the supervision of a famous marble expert by the name of Jim Parsons. The result was a batch of very colorful marbles with some of the most amazing aventurine that I have seen on DAS marbles.

This bright yellow pigmented gem has some green aventurine glass sprinkled over the surface to give it a nice dazzling appearance. In addition, the DAS crew added some color glass frit also known as confetti to produce a colorful guinea marble. There are speckles of all different colors resembling an Easter egg in my opinion. The one thing about this confetti that stands out is that dark navy blue confetti chunks. This is a rare confetti compared to the standard red or yellow that we see commonly. It is slightly translucent and it looks great. This would go straight into the keeper vault for me...

I try my best to take high resolution pictures with flash to show exactly what you are getting. I try to rotate the marble to give multiple views. This marble was manufactured using the 3/4" machine and the size of this particular marble is 0.689" in diameter measured with electronic calipers. Note 1: please note this marble is slightly smaller in diameter as compared to most marbles that roll off the 3/4" machine. It is definitely bigger than a peewee, but just not a whopper. Note 2: the type of glass frit confetti on this marble is the chunky style, not the smooth dusting of confetti as seen on other types.
