Delivery time:

• Canada:  Usually 1-3 business days for Quebec/Ontario and 3-6 business days for other provinces
• USA: Usually 2-3 business days for the 48 lower states.
• World: Usually 4-9 business days (Please ask for a quote if shipping price is not mentioned to your country)

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

We accept returns on most of our items. Please refer to the eBay "Shipping and payments" tab to see if we accept returns for this particular item.
If we do accepte returns, make sure to read carefully the following instructions and details:

Returns will be accepted on items as long as they are in the same condition as when they were received (no signs of use with tags still on or with original box). International returns MUST be shipped with a mention of "RETURNED GOODS" with a postal service such as (USPS/Royal Mail/etc.) and not UPS/FedEx/DHL/etc. We will NOT be held responsible for brokerage fees on reception of packages. Any brokerage fee charged to us on receipt of the return will be subtracted from the refund.
